Oregon DOJ Charitable Activities Division provides a training for nonprofits on reporting requirements and investigations.

Susan A. Bower, Assistant Attorney General, will explain the role of the Attorney General in overseeing charities and fiduciaries. Topics will include registration and reporting requirements, how the office handles investigations and enforcement actions, and suggestions on how to avoid the most common problems the office sees.
